Most Americans cannot fathom the need for a defendant to have Constitutional rights in a courtroom. Most assume every detail presented by the prosecution has been verified and double-checked, and they vetted each witness, all due to the oath they upheld and swore on the Holy Bible! Not true!
For twenty-one years now, Rhonda Lee Glover has had an uphill battle to find professionals to represent her due to all the lies the media has put out. When President Trump says, "The media puts out fake news," he's correct when analyzing this case. Perjury and false forensics convicted Rhonda. Most of what you "think" you know is mainly made up by the DA's.
The so-called "great guy" Jimmy Joste was, in fact, not paying Rhonda's bills; she refused $500,000.00 in gifts in April, including that $350,000.00 ring. J.T. testified that the ring was returned to the jeweler because Rhonda declined to marry Jimmy because he was on drugs. Rhonda had confronted Joste with prison time for child abuse. He said he would kill her first. The CPS report was denied in the trial.
Jimmy tried to choke Rhonda in her own home. That home belonged to Rhonda; she had no co-signer. The judge sided with the State. Rhonda's lawyer agreed to a crippling "Motion in Limine" that says "nothing good she ever did would be allowed, and nothing bad Jimmy Joste ever did either." How is that even legal to prevent her from any witnesses?
